Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Aesthetic results vary from person to person. While we do our best to achieve desired outcomes, results cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for any additional treatments needed to achieve desired outcomes. Additionally, we do not offer refunds on prepaid services or refunds to deposits made on services. Funds can be reallocated to a store credit OR can be used towards the purchase of different services offered at SkyBaby MedSpa.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on skincare products on opened packages or that have been used. All sales are final. We do offer store credit for skincare products that have not been opened or used.
There are no refunds on Gift Certificates. Gift cards must be presented at the time of purchase.
We do not offer refunds on in store events that require a deposit for an appointment i.e., manufacturer/ product sponsored event.
